In 2024, a flood response team was formed to address the post flood shelter needs of one of the most remote areas of Khagrachari. The settlement of Ramgarh, located near the international border along the Feni River, was severely impacted by flash floods. With support from allies, our team, volunteers, and community representatives organized workshops to co-create disaster-responsive shelters for the area. The people of Ramgarh actively participated in envisioning and designing their dream shelters, fostering hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
