Kusum Residence in Zinda Park is a lovely residential double storey house specially designed for Tobarak Hossain Kusum. The charming house made of brick, mortar, cement has special attraction of the entire Zinda Park. Also the use of wood in some places makes the house more attractive. The house is a modern version of the old village house. It has open courtyards, walkways. There is a large courtyard on the outside of the house, with a small reservoir in the middle, called the Shapla Pond.
